In fact,
Diwali is a festival of lights, a festival of excitement, a festival of
reunions, a festival of joy and Diwali is a festival of delicious foods, so
eating heartily is inevitable. It is enough to keep in mind even the simplest
and simplest tricks. So let's see what these 5 tricks are.
1. Positive Mindset: Diwali is four days
long and comes every year so tasting different foods during 4 days of Diwali
does not lead to sudden weight gain of 10 kg or permanent deterioration of
health. Eat happily because feelings of guilt have more detrimental effects on
the body than overeating. Enjoy the Diwali without feeling guilty.
2. Eat Mindfully: Eat Diwali food items mindfully
(Mindfully means not till the stomach is full) while eating have little bites
and enjoy the taste. Praise who have made it. Chat more so less eating. Drink a
glass of water before eating. Take small childrens with you. Take all the
responsibility in your daily life, but let the little ones take the responsibility
of this.
3. Drink plenty of water: Eating more oily, sweet and
spicy foods on Diwali is more likely to cause stomach upset, while drinking
plenty of water is essential for better digestion. Drink small amounts of water
every hour. It is better to get up in the morning and drink some warm water
while sleeping at night.
4. Follow the usual routine: Have a great time with the
family after a long day together; give the family 4 days of TV and mobile time.
Go to bed early chatting. Enjoy chatting while doing morning walk. Exercise
regularly. Follow meal times. Eat yogurt (Probiotic), salad (Fiber).
5. Be aware of quantity, quality
and time: Avoid
eating Diwali food items for breakfast and Dinner. Breakfast is a very
important meal - it can either make or break your day. It takes about 20
minutes for the instructions to reach the brain after eating. Eat heartily but
in good quality.
